Who we are

This website

• There is no account, no analytics, and no advertising pixels.
• We do not set cookies, and we do not use third-party trackers.
• Because of that, this site does not show a consent banner.
• The form on the home page opens an email in your own mail program. It is not sent through a form processor.
• The host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you or to market to you.

When you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your site address and which ads you run. We use it to reply, to quote, and to do work you have asked for. We do not sell it or share it for someone else's marketing.

If we email a business

We sometimes send a small number of individual emails to businesses at publicly listed business emails, about a service that may be relevant. Every such email:

• names Plusone Technology;
• is plain text, with no tracking pixels and no tracked links;
• tells you how to opt out.

Reply "no", or email tracking@getplusonets.com with the subject "Unsubscribe", and we stop. We keep a suppression list so the request sticks: the email address, the business name if we have it, the date, and how you asked. We keep that record even if you ask us to delete other data, because without it we could not be sure we never write again. We use it for nothing else.

For that outreach we keep only the business name, the public business email, where we found it, and a note of what we sent and when.

If you hire us

We use the access and materials you give us only to do the agreed audit or fix. We do not ask for your passwords. We do not publish client names or results.

We confirm the scope and the $169 in writing, then send a secure card payment link. The audit starts once it's paid. Fixes are quoted separately, and nothing is paid for a fix until you approve its quote. We do not store card numbers, and this site has no card fields. Please don't email them.

Service providers

We use providers to run the business, such as email, web hosting, and a third-party payment processor to send the card payment link. Those providers may process data on our behalf. Tools used to inspect tags stay inside the access you grant.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry emails: as long as we need to respond, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
• Audit files: for the project and a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Outreach notes: deleted when we no longer need them. Suppression-list entries stay, as described above.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from the suppression record above. Email tracking@getplusonets.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
